About the artist
"I am a French Canadian from Quebec City but have lived in Austin, Texas for many years. I have been painting since childhood as it is my favorite way of expression and lets me use my gift for creativity. I use my travels around the world as my guide, and I paint the people, places and things that have created a lasting impression for me.
My goal is to create a connection between the subject and the viewer and enhance their experience. My paintings have an impressionistic style and utilize very bright colors. I use these vibrant pigments to express my mood and feelings about my subjects.
I paint to evoke feelings of joy, peace and excitement in the viewer and make them think."
